Yes. You can create lists, add items and check them off without an internet connection. Your changes are saved on your phone and sync when you're back online, as long as you're signed in.
Open the list, tap the menu (⋮) at the top, choose Share list and enter the email address of someone who has a Jotivo account. They'll receive an invitation in the app and can accept or decline it. Once they accept, you can both see and update the same list.

Yes. Jotivo follows your phone's text size by default, and you can choose a text size of your own in the app.
